UFP Factory Built acquires 60,000-square-foot Idaho plant to boost western operations

IDAHO (News release) -- UFP Factory Built has acquired a 60,000-square-foot facility in Twin Falls, Idaho from Robert Weed Corporation to expand capacity for RV, cargo trailer, and manufactured housing components. The site enhances regional coverage across the western United States and strengthens UFP's position as a supplier to OEMs, according to UFP Industries.

Originally established in 2007, the Twin Falls facility offers wrapped and lamination capabilities, cut-to-size processing, and wholesale distribution of raw materials. UFP Factory Built plans to integrate the plant into its West Division operations, leveraging synergies with its current sites and expanding its custom structural product offerings.
