Trex Company adds Lee Coker as vice president of corporate development and investor relations

Lee Coker has joined Trex Company as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, bringing over 20 years of experience in investor relations and strategic transactions. He most recently held leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where he served as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer and previously as Senior Director of Investor Relations and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions.

During his tenure at Coca-Cola, Coker executed a $13 billion acquisition that reshaped the company's North American operating model. He also helped drive transformation initiatives that delivered over $1 billion in productivity savings. Before Coca-Cola, Coker held corporate development roles at The Home Depot and investment banking positions at Credit Suisse First Boston.

In his new role at Trex, the world's largest manufacturer of composite decking and railing, Coker will lead investor relations activities and execute the company's corporate development strategy. Trex will continue its relationship with AdvisIRy Partners as an investor relations consultant, according to the company.
