JAPAN (News release) -- Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired 100% shares in Corrugated Case Holdings Limited, through Tri-Wall's wholly owned subsidiary.

Corrugated Case Holdings Limited has an operating subsidiary, The Corrugated Case Company Limited, which has a factory in central England (Chesterfield) where it conducts manufacturing and sales of high-value-added corrugated boxes.

Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group, and the business in the United Kingdom has also been expanded, increasing its footprint in Wales and in England. Now, with the addition of Corrugated Case Holdings Limited to the Rengo Group, Rengo will further promote the expansion of business by strengthening the supply system in the United Kingdom while also responding to more diverse packaging needs.
