OSHA is investigating after Kimberly-Clark employee is killed on the job in Paris, Texas

PARIS, Texas (From news reports) -- The Paris Police Department responded to an industrial accident at 1:46 p.m. on Tuesday at Kimberly-Clark.

"An employee, identified as Carl Kuhle, age 60 from Bogata, was struck by a vehicle at the loading dock area," said Officer Curtis Garrett. "OSHA will be investigating the incident."

Kuhle died as a result of the accident. No further information is available at this time.

The Paris Police Department and first responders were called to Kimberly-Clark shortly after 1:45 p.m. Tuesday in regards to an industrial accident.

According to Chief of Police Bob Hundley, one person was transported to the emergency room.

An employee at Kimberly-Clark confirmed the plant will be closed for the remainder of the day due to the incident.
