OKLAHOMA (From news reports) -- Jason Charles Hawkins, 36, of Muskogee is charged with a felony count of terrorism hoax in Muskogee County District Court after he allegedly threatened an act of terror, according to papers filed with the case.

Between Feb. 17 and Feb. 21, six people said they heard Hawkins say he was going to "shoot up their place," referring to the Georgia-Pacific Mill where he worked.

One witness told police Hawkins said he had been target practicing for when he shot the place up. No shots were actually fired.
