EPIQ Machinery inaugurates its new head office and begins a new phase of growth

Montreal (Canada) - EPIQ Machinery inaugurated its new head office in downtown Montreal, nestled on the third floor of the iconic Canada Cement building. The occupancy of these new premises represents a significant milestone for the Canadian equipment manufacturer. The location will become the
company's nerve center and will house all members of the executive team and corporate functions, as well as the EPIQ Digital team (industrial digitalization) and part of the EPIQ Mecfor team (specialized vehicles).

The ceremony took place in a festive and friendly atmosphere. Surrounded by representatives of the majority shareholder SeaFort Capital, minority shareholders, operators, employees, customers, and partners, the high management of EPIQ Machinery performed the traditional and symbolic ribbon cutting.

"This head office is the affirmation of our vision: to create an iconic Canadian brand in the heavy equipment industry.", declared Éloïse Harvey, CEO of EPIQ Machinery.

We want our employees and partners to be proud to work with EPIQ, for our customers to trust us, and for future generations to be proud of what we have built," she added.

Over the past four years, EPIQ Machinery has more than doubled its sales volume and now has 1,000 employees worldwide. Its growth is driven by organic development, the integration of partner technologies, and targeted business acquisitions. This rapid growth is also made possible thanks to the support of an ecosystem of committed partners and collaborators, whose contribution was highlighted during the CEO's speech.

Since the merger that created EPIQ Machinery in August 2021, the company now
comprises eight (8) business units:

▪ EPIQ Machinery (Mecfor and AD) and EPIQ Digital (Canada)
▪ MECFOR BROCHOT (France)
▪ ADF, STYMER, NOVIMEQ Automation, and FAFECO (India)
▪ EPIQ Machinery Services WLL (Bahrain)

"After these years of strong growth, our priority is shifting towards operational excellence, which will be driven by three pillars: talent, processes, and technology. This will be supported by our corporate shared services functions and the deployment of EPIQWAY," added Yannick Beaulé, Chief Revenue Officer. The company also plans to deploy further efforts to strengthen its presence in Europe.
