The Board of Directors of CellMark Investment AB has appointed Doug Smith as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the global company. Smith, who will be based in Toronto but operate regularly from the Gothenburg, Sweden headquarters, has been with CellMark since 2009 and has led its founding CellMark Pulp division since 2014.
Smith will retain his responsibilities as President of CellMark Pulp during the initial transition period and will continue his role as a member of the company's Board of Directors. He brings over two decades of experience in the pulp industry. CellMark operates international divisions in pulp, packaging, paper, recycling, chemicals, and basic materials.
CellMark provides a full suite of services and runs several successful international divisions within the areas of pulp, packaging, paper, recycling, chemicals, and basic materials.
