International Paper has acquired a corrugated converting facility from Delmarva Corrugated Packaging in Dover, Delaware, adding a site that the company plans to use to expand its packaging operations on the U.S. East Coast.
The closures will reduce Vida's annual lumber production capacity by approximately 265 thousand m3. Canfor holds a 77% stake in Vida AB.
