Valmet to supply an energy management solution to Kemira Chemicals' plants in Finland

Valmet will supply an energy management solution to optimize production and energy consumption at Kemira Chemicals' bleaching chemical plants in Äetsä and Joutseno in Finland. The value of the order is not disclosed. The solution will be delivered to the customer in November 2019 and commissioned in May 2020.
Valmet's delivery includes a Valmet DNA Energy Management System, which is part of the Valmet Industrial Internet portfolio and utilizes several data sources in production optimization.
The energy management solution will be delivered in cooperation with Valmet's Industrial Internet partner Energy Opticon, based in Sweden.
