Siempelkamp subsidiary Pallmann acquires Febs in Slovakia

Pallmann Maschinenfabrik, located in Zweibrücken, Germany, took over the business operations of the Slovakian company Febs SK s.r.o. in Mytne Ludany. For some time now, all activities of the former Febs spol. s.r.o., which was well-known in the market, have been transferred to this company. Through this acquisition the Siempelkamp subsidiary increases its added value with important components in the complete woodyard field, including conveying technology. Additionally, they profit from the engineering competence of a well-coordinated team.

Febs has specialized experience and expertise which play a key role for Pallmann as a leading supplier of size reduction technology. These include the planning, design, manufacturing and delivery of systems and components for mechanical conveying.

Siempelkamp group is a system supplier of press lines and complete plants for the wood-based panel industry, metal forming, and the composites and rubber industries.
