Raumaster Paper delivered an automated bale handling system, a broke roll line for pulper in-feed and an automated loading system for the Metsä Group Kemi board mill. The automated bale handling system is a new concept for Raumaster Paper, refined based on roll handling systems. The broke roll line includes a de-wrapping station, a conveyor system and a broke roll cutter.
The fully automated bale handling system only leave staff with supervision of operations. The pulp mill and automated loading system enhance the mill's production and make operations safer.
