I no longer sell to the paper industry, but I still subscribe to your newsletters for “Nip Impressions”.  Since I was “raised” in Power Generation, starting as a co-op student, my primary customer is the coal fired utility industry.  My co-worker sells to the P&P folks.  I did however learn quite a bit during my years of sales to your industry. 

I enjoy your thought provoking perspectives and while they are geared to P&P they are applicable to most industries.  Power Generation has the same similar problems as P&P, Unions, Capital, Management etc.  It is always a pleasurable five minute educational diversion to read your newsletter.  Since I no longer attend Tappi meetings I do not get to see you there.  I believe we met once in Destin.  Keep up the great work!
