Answer to last week's riddle: In Tokyo, a park was repeatedly vandalized, and it was suspected that the culprits were teens. Authorities installed a British-made
Mosquito MK4 Anti-Vandal SystemÂ…--a device that emits a high-pitched, highly irritating whine that has a frequency above 17 kilohertz. Most adults cannot hear it, but teens can.

Last week's riddle asked: "Authorities in a major Asian city recently tried out a novel approach to reduce teenage vandalism. What was it?"

This week's riddle: How many rectangles are there on a piece of graph paper 13 squares long by 11 squares high (No tricks, you don't have to count the paper itself
as a rectangle)?
