Responding to "Quality Work"

Jim,

Great reminders in this NI. Reminds me of two other opportunities;

· Call your telephone numbers once in a while and listen to what your customers, friends, and others hear.

· If you dictate memos (an old practice I admit, but some may still do it), ask that your tape be transcribe EXACTLY as it was dictated ('uhhhs', 'ahhs', wrong subject/verb selections, etc.). Realize that this closely represents the way you speak in normal conversation.

Both of these can be very humbling.

Highest regards,

Ed Turner
