Responding to Jim's PaperMoney editorial, "Criminalizing Big Business"

Jim,

Are you actually saying that the big banks and financial organizations that led us into the Great Slump of 2008 do not bear any financial or criminal responsibility for said slump? They cost our economy trillions of dollars and many people their financial lives. I think they all got off pretty cheaply, and by the way, how many of the principals went to jail? I guess in your world the rich deserve to get richer, no matter how they do it. I'm really disappointed in the tone of this article, with not a word about why BA was fined.

**Jim's reply: I am saying we don't know what happened because it was all settled behind closed doors without an open trial.
