HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- Sonoco, one of the largest diversified global packaging companies, this week (May 21) opened its new Display and Packaging office in Bentonville, Ark., which will provide point-of-purchase displays and fulfillment services. The Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce hosted a grand opening ceremony at the new facility this afternoon.

Jeff Tomaszewski, vice president of Sonoco Display and Packaging, said, "Not only is Sonoco Display and Packaging a provider of award-winning displays and fulfillment services, but we're also able to execute with the speed and scale demanded by large CPGs and retailers like Walmart that work and do business here and globally. With this new sales and design office, we're able to provide responsive local service and expertise."

Bryan Perry, account manager for the Bentonville office, added, "Sonoco will help customers improve speed to market and reduce costs, because we handle design, manufacturing and pack out in-house for national retailers like Walmart and Sam's Club."
