The Dangers of Believing Your Own Press

Last week we asked:

Have you ever seen anyone caught believing their own press?

100% YES

Have you ever been caught believing your own press?

80% YES

20% NO

Shared Anecdote:

>The occasions that stand out involve changes in organization, processes, procedures and products. Change initiation, management and implementation without input and involvement of the people impacted can make or break the desired results. The leader may be right on, but the results will be reduced by going it alone. This is stating the obvious, but someone believing their own press can easily deceive themselves to not apply this fundamental principle.

Thank you for your responses.

This week's quiz is here.
