Concerning Failure is an option (actually, just the riddle)

Jim,

The answer is nightingales coxcomb.

This was a bit harder to find the answer on the web than some previous riddles and it required me to contact my wife, who is one of the secret masters of the universe. She found the answer in two steps.

First she went to an anagram generator

http://wordsmith.org/anagram/index.html

and chose the advanced anagramming option, limiting the reponses to 2 words.

She got two responses --

nightingales coxcomb

nightingale coxcombs

Neither one meant anything to her so she plugged them into a simple google search and discovered that Florence Nightingale also came up with this statistical chart.
