Killing Problems, Killing them Dead

Last week we asked:

How good would you say you are at killing problems, killing them dead?

All respondents said "Effictive"  (Choices were very effective, effective, neutral, ineffective, very ineffective)

Then we asked:

How good would you say your boss is at killing problems, killing them dead?

1/3 said very effective

1/3 said ineffetive

1/3 did not answer

Wrap up was:  Any insights for our readers?

>Even when you think you've killed it DEAD, it's still a good idea to assign
someone to act as a 'rear guard' to keep watch to see if, like a Pheonix, it
might come back from the ashes and if it does douse it quickly before it
becomes a problem again.

Thank you for your responses.

This week's quiz is here.
