Did the medical profession visual help you think about how you should organize your area of responsibility?
Then, we asked:
If you answered yes to the first question, please share some ideas you have to proceed...
>Does not because doctors offices bring to mind long waits and excessive paperwork!
>Have employees clean the machine floor AND then to get an excellent basement thoroughly on a down day - even if one must be taken for cleaning to establish an excellent baseline. Then make it a part of every shift use part of their time (when the machine is running well) to clean.. Make it a part of the routine.
>Have management which has a least a little understanding of the industry they are in. We have great inventory skills but only 2 engineering oriented people think knowing the consistency of stock going to the machine has any value. And we know better than promote the idea!
