History repeats itself

Last week, we asked:

Did the medical profession visual help you think about how you should organize your area of
responsibility?

80% YES

20% NO

Then, we asked:

If you answered yes to the first question, please share some ideas you have to proceed...

>Does not because doctors offices bring to mind long waits and excessive
paperwork!

>Have employees clean the machine floor AND then to get an excellent
basement thoroughly on a down day - even if one must be taken for cleaning
to establish an excellent baseline. Then make it a part of every shift use part of
their time (when the machine is running well) to clean.. Make it a part of the
routine.

>Have management which has a least a little understanding of the industry they
are in. We have great inventory skills but only 2 engineering oriented people
think knowing the consistency of stock going to the machine has any value.
And we know better than promote the idea!

Thank you for your responses.

This week's quiz is here.

Want to get a jump on the surveys? Follow me on twitter, where they are posted early. You can do this here. (note: all respondents are confidential; the software is programmed in such a way that neither we nor anyone else can determine who responded)
