Lots of memories came rolling back as I read your note.
Looking back, I would have benefited very much from a face-to-face meeting with you.... Your counsel would have helped me a lot more than someone peeping over all our shoulders.
Breaking culture is very tough starting with a tough-love attack proving that yesterday was just that. It took me all too long to see that and acknowledge its merit. A co-worker made the transition far quicker than I and thank God he did or both of us might have been casualties.
