LGMI

When we asked you last week about the cause of installation problems, the rankings came out as follows:

1 (tied) Faulty software and Poor traingin

3 Missapplied engineering principles

4 Poor fit

One comment that was interesting:

In early years when introduce to restraint drying, a typical shrinkage rate due to drying was approx. 6%, with restraint drying the shrinkage rate decreased to approx. 2%. When designing these new systems, this factor was not taking into consideration which left dryers sections narrow than what the true deckle width was.

This week, we are asking you to provide feedback for the upcoming LGMI (Light Green Machine Institute) Conference.  You may do so here or by clicking "more" below.

Want to get a jump on the surveys? Follow me on twitter, where they are posted early. You can do this here. (note: all respondents are confidential; the software is programmed in such a way that neither we nor anyone else can determine who responded)
