Menasha Corporation Announces Retirement of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Mark Fogarty; Brian Cothroll Successor

Menasha Corporation announces the upcoming retirement of Mark Fogarty, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective April 3, 2026. As part of a planned transition, Brian Cothroll has been named Fogarty's successor and assumes the role today. Overlap in their tenures will help ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Fogarty has served Menasha Corporation with distinction for a combined total of 25 years. He first joined the company in 1994 as Corporate Counsel and returned in 2006 to assume his current role, following a successful tenure at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

Throughout his 25 years with Menasha Corporation, Mark applied his broad legal expertise to help guide the Company through significant strategic decisions and complex challenges. In addition to his insight and sound judgment, Mark demonstrated a deep understanding of and strong respect for Menasha's family ownership legacy.

Brian Cothroll brings more than two decades of legal leadership experience across public companies and global manufacturing organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Generac Holdings, where he led governance, compliance, and strategic legal initiatives for a $4.3 billion energy technology company. Prior to that, he held senior legal roles at A.O. Smith Corporation and began his career at Foley & Lardner LLP. He holds a JD with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. "We are excited to welcome Brian to Menasha Corporation," said Drees.
