Jartek forms U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries and appoints North American sales manager

Jartek has established new subsidiaries, Jartek US Inc. and Les Entreprises Jartek Canada Inc., to strengthen its organizational framework and commitment to the North American market. The company has also appointed Jeroen Hinnen as Sales Manager for North America, bringing his experience in the wood industry and industrial automation to the role, according to Jartek.
The move supports two ongoing projects in the region. A thermal modification kiln project for Arbor Wood is currently in the installation phase, while a new kiln project for Western Forest Products is in the engineering and preparation stage, with installation scheduled for May 2026.
The establishment of a local presence aims to enhance customer collaboration and project execution efficiency across the continent.
