Boise Cascade Announces Executive Leadership Promotions

BOISE, Idaho -- Boise Cascade Company announced the promotion of three of its business leaders.

Rob Johnson has been promoted to Sr. Vice President of Engineered Wood Products (EWP), Sales & Marketing. Johnson joined the Company as a Business Optimization Engineer in 2014. He was selected as the Director of the EWP Sales and Marketing team in March 2019 and was promoted to Vice President in January 2020. Prior to joining Boise Cascade, Johnson had more than 20 years of broad industry experience in both manufacturing and distribution. He has a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Oregon.

Chris Seymour has been promoted to Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Wood Products. The Company's manufacturing operations include an integrated network of lumber, plywood, and EWP plants around the country. Seymour began his career at Boise Cascade in 2000 and has held key leadership roles at several facilities. He was promoted to Vice President in January 2020. Seymour earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Wood Science from West Virginia University.

Jim Wickham has been promoted to Vice President, Building Materials Distribution (BMD) Eastern Operations. Wickham joined Boise Cascade in 2008 as the Branch Manager for our Westfield, MA distribution center. He was selected to lead the Northeast Region for BMD in 2016 and promoted to General Manager, Eastern Operations in 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Wickham spent more than 20 years in various sales, product management, and leadership positions in the distribution industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Missouri State University.
