DMC Biotechnologies, a leader in synthetic biology and precision fermentation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. James (Jim) Flatt as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
The general meeting resolved to elect Tim Stubbs, Russel Wanke, Omar Hoek, Christer Simrén, Alexandre Mignotte, Ricardo Mateiro and Riccardo Franchi as new board members for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting. Accordingly, all current board members elected by the general meeting will be replaced.
