R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has approved an amendment of the Company's stockholder rights plan (the "Rights Plan"). Ilim Group's new pulp and paper mill in Ust-Ilimsk, Russia, has become the largest greenfield project in the Russian pulp and paper industry over the past few years.
