Atlas Engineered Products has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire selected assets of a local truss manufacturer as the company expands its geographical footprint into the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, company said in a statement.
UFP Industries announced that one of its affiliates acquired the operating assets of T&R Lumber Company and its affiliates, Sullivan & Mann and Kelmar Creations.
