OK, everything today is coronavirus. No matter which way you turn. Reminds me of a year's worth of Reader's Digest that I bought at a flea market years ago. The year was 1944 and nearly every story in every issue of that year was about the war. Well, one might say we are in a war now. If you are a maintenance contractor, likely you need to step up your game.

In response to the coronavirus infection risk, Ahlstrom-Munksjö has decided to make certain changes to the practical arrangements of its Annual General Meeting at Finlandia hall, in Helsinki on March 25, 2020, at 13:00 EET.

Metsä Board takes the Covid-19 threat seriously and wants to secure a safe meeting for the company's shareholders and employees.

Reports on Tuesday evening stated that a contractor employed at the Kimberly-Clark facility in Conway was confirmed positive for COVID-19, the illness caused by the coronavirus. However, the spokesperson for the facility along with the Arkansas Department of Health has stated that the test is not confirmed positive and that the employee is only awaiting test results.

In light of the situation related to covid-19 and current restrictions on travels and meetings, the Board of Borregaard has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting. The new date is Monday 15 June 2020.

Lecta says it has decided to stop production at the Cartiere del Garda woodfree coated paper mill in Italy amid the rising number of coronavirus infections in Europe and related industrial and logistical issues.

"We are disappointed at the lack of urgency and concern that Mr. Quinlan and the LKSD Board has shown these past few weeks as we have attempted to engage constructively on behalf of stockholders. We call on the Board to be forthcoming with their plans to address LKSD's liquidity concerns. We also urge fellow stockholders to reach out directly to LKSD to express their concerns," commented Michael Zapata.
