The SEC's complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, alleges that Lloyd Schuman, of Cordova, Tennessee, learned that his employer, Verso Corporation, had confidential plans to acquire privately-held NewPage Holdings Inc.
