Appointment of the Company's Management Board for the next term of office

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("the Company") herewith informs that on 18th of May 2026 due to the expiry of the term of office of the Management Board on 29 May 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed the Management Board of the Company for a new three-year term of office with an unchanged composition:

Mr Michał Jarczyński - President of the Management Board

Mrs. Katarzyna Wojtkowiak - Member of the Management Board

Mr Tom Fabian Langenskiöld - Member of the Management Board

The resolution of the Supervisory Board comes into force on 29 May 2026.

Mr Michał Jarczyński was appointed as the Company's President of the Management Board on 1st of February 2019. Mr. Michał Jarczyński was granted a title of mechanical engineer at the University of Technology in Poznań and he graduated from postgraduate education related to finance and controlling at the Academy of Economics in Poznań. Mr. Michał Jarczyński has performed several leading positions in Polish industry, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Radpol S.A., a stock-listed Polish technology company. From 2008-2013 he worked as Chief Executive Officer of Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. Michal Jarczyński has over 15 years of experience in the paper industry.

Mr Michał Jarczyński is not involved in any activities competitive towards Arctic Paper S.A., is not a partner in any competitive company or undertaking, a member of governing bodies of any capital company or any other legal entity in competition with Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. Michał Jarczyński is not entered in the National Register of Debtors kept pursuant to the Act of 6th of December 2018 on the National Register of Debtors.

Mrs. Katarzyna Wojtkowiak has many years of experience in positions in financial departments. She has been associated with the Arctic Paper Group for 14 years, where she was the Chief Accountant and Group Treasury. Ms. Katarzyna Wojtkowiak graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a specialization in Capital Investments and Corporate Financial Strategies. She is also a certified auditor and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Mrs. Katarzyna Wojtkowiak is not involved in any activities competitive towards Arctic Paper S.A., is not a partner in any competitive company or undertaking, a member of governing bodies of any capital company or any other legal entity in competition with Arctic Paper S.A. Mrs. Katarzyna Wojtkowiak is not entered in the National Register of Debtors kept pursuant to the Act of 6th of December 2018 on the National Register of Debtors.

Mr Fabian Langenskiöld joined Arctic Paper in 2019. He holds the position of Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Arctic Paper. Mr. Langenskiöld was granted the title of Master of Science in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland.

Mr. Langenskiöld has many years of experience in the paper industry sales process and has held key positions at companies such as Stora Enso and Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings.

Mr. Langenskiöld is not involved in any activities competitive towards Arctic Paper S.A., is not a partner in any competitive company or undertaking, a member of governing bodies of any capital company or any other legal entity in competition with Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. Langenskiöld is not entered in the National Register of Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Register of Debtors.

§ 5 clause 6 and § 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws 2025 item 755).
