Orient Paper, Inc. announced that it is building production facilities in the Wei County Industrial Park in Hebei Province, China, for tissue paper production.

Construction of the mill and associated infrastructure is progressing, and the production of tissue paper is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2015.

Orient Paper, Inc. is a leading paper manufacturer in North China. Using recycled paper as its primary raw material, Orient Paper produces and distributes three categories of paper products: corrugating medium paper, offset printing paper, and other paper products, including digital photo paper.
