CINCINNATI, Ohio – Multi-Color Corporation announced this week that it has acquired 100% of Multiprint Labels Limited in Dublin, Ireland effective from 1 July 2014.  

Multiprint specializes in Pressure Sensitive Beverage labels for Ireland and the UK.  Multi-Color Corporation said that Multiprint Labels has common markets, technologies and supply chain with MCC's Glasgow UK operation.  

Multiprint will continue to be run by John Woods, reporting to Multi-Color Corporation’s UK President, Alex Mulvenny.  Multiprint revenues are approximately USD 7 million per year.
