NASHVILLE, Tennessee -- Louisiana-Pacific named new heads of its oriented strand board, siding and engineered wood products businesses Thursday. The company said all the appointments were effective come the new year.

Jason Ringblom, vice president for sales and marketing within the company's oriented strand board business, will take over the business as an executive vice president and general manager. Ringblom replaces the now-Chief Operating Officer Brad Southern, who took the new position earlier this year.

Neil Sherman takes over as the executive vice president and general manager of the company's siding business. Sherman currently works as a senior vice president with the company's engineered wood products division.

Mike Sims, a sales and marketing senior vice president, will take over from Sherman as the lead on the EWP division, in combination with his current duties.
