TEXAS (News release) -- Michael Hsu, CEO of Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has been elected to the board of directors for international technology firm Texas Instruments Inc. (TI).

Hsu succeeded Thomas Falk as Kimberly-Clark's CEO in 2019. Prior to his promotion to CEO, Hsu served as the company's president and chief operating officer.
