NORWALK, Connecticut (News release) - Fisher International, business intelligence and strategy consultant to the pulp and paper industry, has announced Deborah Sauer will serve as Global Head of Marketing. In this role she joins Fisher's leadership team with responsibility for strategic marketing, branding and communications.

Before joining Fisher, Ms. Sauer worked as head of external communications for HARMAN International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung. Previously she held marketing leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, NIKON and Pitney Bowes. She holds a bachelor's degree in English and Art History from Stony Brook University and a master degree in Business from New York University.

She will be based at Fisher's headquarters in Norwalk, Connecticut.
