In addition to pioneering the first jersey patch partnership in Georgia Tech athletics history, the alliance between the Yellow Jackets and Veritiv brings together two organizations with deep Atlanta roots and mutual values.

The Veritiv jersey patch will be one of the first in college football history, as the NCAA Division I Cabinet's approval of sponsorship logos to game jerseys became effective on August 1. Georgia Tech will announce jersey patch partnerships for additional sports in the coming months.

Georgia Tech football will debut its Veritiv jersey patches on the national stage when the Yellow Jackets open the 2026 season on Thursday versus Colorado. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field and the opener will be televised nationally on ESPN.
