OX Industries purchases Paco Winders

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- OX Industries says it has purchased Philadelphia, PA-based equipment maker, Paco Winders Manufacturing, Inc.

"We are proud to have the Paco employees on our team and continue to service the industry with parts and machinery that have been the backbone of our industry for over 60 years," said OX CEO, Kevin Hayward. He added, "We will build on the foundation that the Kiss family started in 1955 by improving existing product lines and customer support to the rest of the industry."

The company will retain the Paco name and all operations will continue uninterrupted.

Paco manufactures equipment that is used for making paper tubes and cores, composite cans, and other packaging like uncoated recycled paperboard and other substrates.

OX Industries is a diversified and vertically integrated manufacturer of 100% recycled paperboard, tubes and cores, and engineered building products.
