Klabin announces new organizational structure

BRAZIL (News Release) -- Klabin S.A. announced that its Executive Board will have a new organizational structure. Eduardo de Toledo takes over as CFO and Investor Relations Director, replacing Antonio Sergio Alfano, who is retiring.

With 30 years of experience, Eduardo de Toledo has gone through big companies, standing out the Ultra Group, where he has held several management positions. Eduardo has been at Klabin for 1 year.

Francisco Razzolini leads the new Technology and Pulp Unit area. The 54 years old executive joined Klabin in 1985, serving in many positions in the Company. In 2006 he was the Project MA1100 Director and in 2008 was elected the Project, Technology and Industrial Supplies Officer. He is currently the Planning, Project and Industrial Technology Officer, responsible for the Puma Project.

Cristiano Cardoso Teixeira is ahead of the new Conversion and Paper Commercial area. With more than 20 years of experience working in different segments of the industry, such as Packaging, Pulp and Paper, Forestry, Processed Wood, Non-Ferrous, Ceramics and Oil and Gas. Cristiano joined Klabin in 2011 as Supply Chain Officer. The Forestry, Papers Industrial, People & Management, and Legal areas continue to report to the CEO.
