In my column last week, we asked "If you have used a performance based contract, how happy were you with the outcome?"

"Large extent" was the top answer, followed by "Not at all."

Next, we asked, "If you have used a performance based contract, any regrets?"

"No regrets" was the top answer, followed by "Contractor did not perform as promised."
