In my column last week, we asked you just one question, "How would you characterize the top managers at your company?"
We gave you five choices: 29.4 percent answered "Very effective," 35.5 responded "Effective," 11.8 percent were "Neutral," 17.6 percent replied "Ineffective," and 5.9 percent answered "Very ineffective."
