In my column last week, we asked "Do you think your mill will be revising its energy budget in the first quarter of 2017?" 22.2 percent answered "Very likely," 33.3 percent said "Somewhat likely," 33.3 percent answered "Unlikely," and 11.1 percent replied "Very unlikely."
