In my column last week, we asked"Do you think you treat business acquaintances the same, no matter whether they are customers or suppliers?"
85.7% of respondents answered "Very often," 14.3 chose "Often," and no one chose "Sometimes," "Seldom" or "Never."
Next, we asked "When was the last time you were in the reception area in your mil (or facility)?"
71.4 percent answered "Today," 14.3 percent answered "Last month," and 14.3 percent opted not to answer the question. "Last week" or "Last year" were not selected.
Finally, we posed "Do you think your reception areas sends the message you are a quality driven organization?"
71.4 percent said "Yes," and the rest said "No."
