Be all you can be

In my column last week, we asked, "Be honest with yourself here, what part of the time do you practice being all that you can be?"

Thirty percent responded "Always," 40 percent said "Often" and 30 percent responded "Sometimes."

Then, we asked, "If you have been a manager for a long period of time, where have your subordinates gone?"

Forty-five percent of the respondents said "Promoted within the organization," 10 percent responded "Left the company," while 45 percent said "Most have stayed with me."

Finally, we asked, "I see more job and life satisfaction in 'being all that I can be" ... 100 percent responded "Yes."
